Excellent information on Drupal and AN hosting - Does it work with Drupal 6? John says yes. Is it fast? Yes. John knows what he's talking about, he created the site http://drupalmodules.com and is a member of the Drupal Association. He is also helpful and has answered some questions I had about the Drupal Project by email.

Cons: 

None, this is a stand up hosting review

verdict: 

John says AN Hosting is great for Drupal and has survived having one of his articles on the front page of Reddit. He vouches for AN Hosting and I believe him.

A New Host Review Site

The site is a basic host fanboy type review site. The person talks about how he uses Lunarpages and loves it. He gives nothing more about LunarPages than it's basic features and awards.



He mentions one potential downside though, What I don't like: Oversensitive on scam and hosting alert occasionally.

The Lowdown
Pros: 

Hosted on service being reviewed, seems like the owner legitimately likes the service

Cons: 

No user reviews, no information about the limits of unlimited hosting.

verdict: 

Little value added
The site is new though and it should be given a chance... It could become a valuable resource for Lunarpages customers if it adds valuable content and links and gets more critical to push Lunarpages to do the right thing.

Review Standards

This site maintains the integrity of it's reviews by supposedly having sophisticated filters in place to prevent false reviews. The site does have decent user reviews and prohibits web hosting companies and their staff from posting reviews. They have even banned the company MEWebhost because the repeatedly posted fake five star reviews. However they waited until MEWebhost tried to coerce them into removing the negative reviews on the site to do it. They had a less than zero tolerance policy towards MEWebhost. HostJury.com has a much better record on this front.

A Behemoth in the web host review industry

Do a search for almost any term related to web hosting review and you will find webhostinggeeks.com near the top.

The Lowdown
Pros: 

Contains thousands of articles and alot of them are very useful.
Trusted page since 2004

Cons: 

Contains advertisements
Editor reviews are sparse
No speed or uptime tests, it is unclear where they get there uptime stats from.
